Return Policy
We provide 100% satisfactory service. After receiving painting, if there are any following conditions, we will refund you in full, and all our refunds will be completed within 2 days
For Paint by Numbers
- The received painting has been damaged, the paint is overflowing, the frame is damaged, etc.
- Confirmed by our designer, there is serious color difference
- Remind: if the paint is insufficient when painting, please contact us immediately
For diamond painting
- The painting received is broken
- Confirmed by our designer, there is serious color difference and the diamond color does not match
- Remind: if there are not enough diamonds when painting, please contact us immediately
For all orders, if the product is damaged or defective after you receive it, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize this matter.
Allow consumers to apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after signing the receipt.
