We provide 100% satisfactory service. After receiving painting, if there are any following conditions, we will refund you in full, and all our refunds will be completed within 2 days

For Paint by Numbers

• The received painting has been damaged, the paint is overflowing, the frame is damaged, etc.
• Confirmed by our designer, there is serious color difference
• Remind: if the paint is insufficient when painting, please contact us immediately

For diamond painting

• The painting received is broken
• Confirmed by our designer, there is serious color difference and the diamond color does not match
• Remind: if there are not enough diamonds when painting, please contact us immediately

For all orders, if the product is damaged or defective after you receive it, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize this matter.

Allow consumers to apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after signing the receipt.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
