How To Assemble
- Please shake up and down softly, when you connect the two slots of 40cm and 50cm wood bars.
- If you feel the slots are little small, I suggest that you try to use a little bit of force or use a knife to cut away some wood chips to make it connect successfully, then shake up and down softly.

For Paint by Numbers
- The received painting has been damaged, the paint is overflowing, the frame is damaged, etc.

For diamond painting
- The painting received is broken
- Confirmed by our designer, there is serious color difference and the diamond color does not match

For all orders, if the product is damaged or defective after you receive it, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize this matter.
